Privacy Policy

Who we are

R2B Agency plans and manages paid acquisition (Google Ads and Meta Ads) for businesses. R2B Agency is a brand of Creative Digital Ltda., the company responsible for the information described here; it is not a separate legal entity. This policy covers the information you submit through R2B Agency landing page forms, including the form on r2bagency.com. Mailing address: Av. Information we collect

• Information you type in the form: name, email address and/or phone number, and, when the form asks for them, company name, website, the region where you operate, your approximate monthly ad budget and a message.
• Your confirmation that you agreed to be contacted, with the date and time of the request.
• Campaign information present in the page address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and ad click identifiers (gclid, fbclid), used to know which campaign led to your request.
• The domain of the website that sent you to the page (not the full address).
• A one-way coded value derived from your network address, used only to limit abusive submissions. Your IP address itself is not stored.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and contact you about it.
• To evaluate whether our services fit your business and to follow up on that conversation.
• To measure which campaigns and pages generate requests (counts and conversion, not profiles of individual visitors).
• To prevent spam and abuse of our forms, and to comply with legal obligations.

Calls, texts and email

By submitting a form you agree that R2B Agency may contact you by email or phone about your request. We do not place automated or prerecorded calls or send automated text messages without your separate, prior express written consent. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, by any reasonable means, and we will honor the request.

Marketing emails identify R2B Agency, include a postal address and an unsubscribe option, and opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days.

Service providers and sharing

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use service providers that process it on our behalf to run the pages and our records: our hosting provider (Netlify) and our database provider (Supabase). We do not send your form information to advertising platforms. If we start using another provider for this information, we will update this policy first. We may disclose information when required by law.

Where your information is handled

Creative Digital Ltda. operates from Brazil, so our team accesses request records from Brazil. Our service providers may store and process the information in the United States or other countries.

Cookies, tracking and Do Not Track

Our landing pages do not use advertising pixels or third-party tracking cookies. Because we do not track visitors across other websites, the pages do not change their behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Retention

If your request does not lead to a client relationship, we keep it for up to 12 months after the last relevant interaction with you (such as a form submission, a call, a message, a meeting or a change in the status of your request). After that, we delete it or anonymize it, removing the details that identify you and keeping only counts that do not identify anyone. We keep it longer only when a legal or contractual obligation requires it, and only for as long as that obligation lasts.

If you become a client, your information becomes part of the client relationship and is kept under our agreement with you.

Encrypted backups of our database may still contain deleted or anonymized information until those backups are deleted. Backups made by our backup automation are deleted automatically after 35 days. Additional encrypted copies kept by our team for disaster recovery are kept until we delete them manually.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop being contacted, by emailing contato@pirescreative.com. Depending on the state where you live, you may have additional privacy rights; we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Security

Access to request records is limited to the R2B Agency team, with encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our pages are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes and effective date

This policy is effective as of October 20, 2026. If we change it, we will update this page and its effective date before the change applies.
